Our mission at Sanctuary is to partner with parents to teach children foundational truths that will help them to discover the wonder and beauty of God’s Kingdom and grow as devoted followers of Christ.
We affirm sanctuary
is called to:
- Provide experiences in a nurturing and safe environment that build a foundation for faith and relationship, empowering them to receive and respond to God’s love and salvation.
- Provide systematic and balanced biblical instruction that connects Christian principles to life experiences.
- Support and empower families to fulfill their responsibility in the spiritual development of their children.
- Provide a fun environment for children that makes them feel welcome and excited to learn about the wonder and life-giving hope of God.
Classrooms and Curriculum:
Each of our classrooms is uniquely designed to fit the developmental needs of each age group. Each classroom is staffed with team members who are well trained, background-checked, and passionate about empowering your children to grow in faith. Each class has a service schedule including, songs, prayer, lessons, and play time with age-appropriate toys and inflatables.
Beloveds (0-12 months)
Our nursery is open to babies 0-12 months and is staffed with trained and loving volunteers who are dedicated to showing your baby God’s love through meeting their needs, and praying over your child each time they are in the nursery.
Sprouts (1-2 years)
Builders (3-4 years)
Our Preschool classrooms are filled with age appropriate toys and supplies your child may need. Children will play and sing together and share in a monthly Bible story that allows toddlers and preschoolers to explore faith concepts through play.
Explorers (K-2nd Grade)
Divers (3rd-5th Grade)
Our School aged classrooms begin together and share in a large group opening that includes worship, reciting the Apostles Creed, praying the Lord’s Prayer, and introducing the week’s theme. We use “Whirl Lectionary” curriculum, which helps kids understand how to live out their faith. Each week’s lessons include entertaining and theology-targeted Bible stories, engaging videos, and discussions that help kids seek faith and understanding through the Bible’s message.
CHECK-In & Pick-Up Process
When you enter the church you'll be welcomed by our Greeters at the SanctuaryKIDS check-in kiosks.
A member of our team will help you through our secure sign-in process and you'll be given a security sticker tag for each child. This tag is used to pick up the child and to page parents out of the service if needed.
Please pick up your child immediately after service by presenting your tag to the teacher.
No child will be released without their security tag. It is very important that we provide the safest possible environment at SanctuaryKIDS.
