who can come?

We’ve all been placed in this time and place in history, as the tribe of women who are raising the world. We know we mother better together, so all moms are welcome at MOPS. From the time you get pregnant to when your kiddo is in Kindergarten, our doors are open.

for the kids

Our childcare program “MOPPETS” is for kids ages birth to 5 years old, and a small class for older homeschool kids based upon availability. The MOPPETS Coordinator has a fantastic year planned for your kids with age-appropriate curriculum, games, and Bible stories. There is also a outdoor playground the kids will have access to during nice weather. The MOPPETS workers have all been background-checked and have ample experience working with children. Your little blessings are in good, safe hands here!

what to expect

In 2016-2017 our MOPS group at Sanctuary will be Starry Eyed as together we seek Wonder, Hope, and Kindness.
Starry Eyed means looking for the light even when darkness is enveloping. It is an opportunity to hope recklessly and to witness God’s presence guiding things seen and unseen, comfortable and uncomfortable.

Starry Eyed is…
Seeing the light in the darkness and choosing to live courageously in both.
It is opening our eyes to wonder and choosing hope over fear.
Starry Eyed is significant acts of kindness that send ripples of light into the world.
It is a choice to live fully and wholly and to breathe our way back to life.

If you feel anxious and don’t know why …
If you are busy and distracted from the things you truly care about …
If you are restless for an unexpected encounter with God…
If you long to feel alive, to regain a sense of wonder, to hope a little freer and to be a powerful force of kindness in the world, then we’d love for you to join us in becoming Starry Eyed.

We would love for you to join us for food, laughter, crafts, play-dates, moms night outs, and most importantly, honest conversations and real genuine friendships with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.
